4. The woman never made a case at all.

She kept harping on the old "gateway drug" and "what about the children?" themes, and dangers of driving under the influence.

She completely agreed that "overdosing on marijuana would be very hard" and had nothing whatever to say that indicted marijuana itself except her undocumented blather about it being "very dangerous."

If these are the best arguments she's got, then every form of alcohol and over-the-counter soporific should also be illegal.

You can't have it both ways, lady. Your arguments are no longer valid and you're blowing hot air, and everyone knows it.

Legalize it and treat it exactly like alcohol. Period.

9. yeah overdosing on pot is, for all practical intents and purposes, impossible

pot is a low-grade hallucinogen. As such, it is non-lethal, and non-addictive. Compare this to alcohol, nicotine and caffeine, all three of which are lethal and addictive.

This fact alone proves the governments argument against pot is ludicrous.

5. Hiding pot in the car or anywhere else won't work in this area. The cops

bring drug sniffing dogs in and they check all the cars and the kids and their backpacks.
