Why would a person do that during a serious discussion, on national TV, no less?

Notice how Hannity lets the speaker whom he agrees with blabs on and on, and the speaker whom he disagrees with gets cut off after a few seconds.

Tell me the "suspect is a black male", "a white female", "a hispanic male", "an asian female"...I don't know about you, but I get a picture in my mind. Are some Hispanics darked skinned or lighter skinned?...Hell yes! I don't know where to start with this clip. The dude is a dunce for making with the eye thing, but he's an idiot. So what?
