2. Democracy in Pakistan?
That's the last thing the Bush regime wants. The illusion of democracy. Sure, they'll go for that. Musaraf has been a dictator for many years. The trouble now is that he is having difficulty maintaining any illusion of "democracy".

But not to worry - Cheney and his minions aren't really troubled by this. As long as Musaraf remains in power they will be happy. Regardless of the circumstances.
