2. My father

told me that OWS reminds him of the 1960s movement wherein they did make a strong impact to the American society. Of course back then they also had negative media coverage, but the message still resonated with a large part of the American public. The same I believe will happen here. Heck its already working. The 99% will not be ignored.

5. OWS and the 60's

yes, the father is right. I, too, was a young woman of the 60's and recall those days of anti-war protests. The protests grew and grew as I believe this movement will as well.
