1. After watching that, it's easy to see why Rob Reiner is the kiss of death
You know when a "candidate" jumps the shark, it's when Rob Reiner endorses them.

10. Everyone is a critic
Hey, I thought it was funny, and yes, it does make a point although I don't think that was the intention, which is that although we all know that Hillary will win the nomination, not everyone is enthusiastic about it but...we need to stop the criticism because the alternative of a republican, again, in the house is a nightmare that we cannot afford.

So people, stop the criticism of Hillary, you don't have to support her yet, but don't give amunition to the repubs, that is not the name of the game, and IT IS a game, a serious one but a game nontheless.

I know some of you will say, "its not a game" but just look at the way the candidates even tell us how they need to aproach the message, "because it will resonate with the 'American People'", not because they believe or are convinced that is the way to go and is in line with their principles (ha) but because it will win votes.

In a tennis match you hit the ball where you think you will hurt your oponent, well in this dirty politics you hit the public where they will applaud, an applaud they will no matter if the person saying what they want to hear has been singing a different tune for a long time, but finds it necessary to hit the ball in that corner now.

12. We all know.........what?
You say:

...although we all know that Hillary will win the nomination...

Really?

With sentiment behind that line is it any wonder that:

...not everyone is enthusiastic about it...

Look, Mark Penn the same http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Penn">guy that does PR for Micro$oft (fine purveyors of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fear%2C_uncertainty_and_doubt">FUD) and Blackwater, is working for Hillary (i.e. is Hillary's "Karl Rove") and isn't dropping them as a client.

Excuse me for wondering if she's the best candidate to change the way it works in DC.

Excuse me for wondering how you saying "... a republican, again, in the house is a nightmare that we cannot afford." in this forum is much different, other than scale, from the fear tactics of Bush and Cheney & co.? Is that the choice? Or the choice a Hillary supporter would like us to have no alternative to?

I wouldn't presume to know your intent, but sentiments like yours short circuit the deliberative process - much like the short-circuited process that got us into Iraq this time.
