did you hear where he said " the ratings agencies and the banks and Wall Street are working together to create volatility, the derivative markets are highest they have ever been, they are getting rich from all this volatility".

And where he said " The rating agencies will downgrade again and again, creating more volatility".

This is a planned series of events. The market makers/banks get rich going up and going down. That is what derivatives are all about.
