1. Framing this as just cuts

implies that money is being taken away from Government services - while it is being taken away from those services it is also being taken away from accounts that were sourced not from any government programs but from employee payrolls. Essentially this is robbery.

Affordable health care??? My insurance premiums had to go up $30/mo. to implement that and the program essentially entrenches insurance industries.
