I hope people will stand with the people of Libya against this immoral, criminal aggression.

2. Damn Russkies!
I'm sure the families of those murdered by NATO are less skeptical.

4. This isn't propaganda as this news story is playing in other countries in the world
even in NATO nations like Greece and Turkey, with the exception being the U.S. which is trying to downplay the incident.

5. Oh, the sweet irony of projection
Ad hominems are a fairly standard technique in propaganda...

LOL

6. Show me where any of this is propaganda...
Please, anyone who can listen to the chants of these health care workers, who are compiling blown up bodies... Tell me what they are chanting,

Shame.

8. Where are pics of children killed by Qaddafi?

Or of the women being raped by Qaddafi forces? Or is it only a problem when NATO accidendtly kills people, as opposed to when Qaddafi intentionally kills/rapes/humiliates/tortures people?

I already know what your answer is.

9. You're in good company.
That's what the war cheerleaders said in the Vietnam-era, "show the communist atrocities, not just those killed by the Americans!" History closed the book on that evil aggression, silencing those voices for the most part. Similarly, the gibberish of the cheerleaders for the war against Libya will be tossed in the waste bin.

12. you didn't answer my question. Try that first!

Secondly, I hate war, but I hate Qaddafi more. True Liberals are against those who destroy animals, the enviroment, AND humans. Conservatives look the other way and only care about matters at home, which has been the US' insane, immoral, and corrupt policy with Qaddafi for the past 4 decades. Which one are you? I think you already answered that question.

And before you say "War is never the answer", then what is the answer WITH QADDAFI (I'm not talking Iraq or Vietnam)? I guarantee you that those peaceful negotiating arguments have already failed with Qaddafi. FACT, that gibberish has already been tossed in the waste bin on this matter.

17. No, you are in "good company"

...with all the knee-jerk anti-war Americans who didn't want to get involved with WWII. They wanted America to stay of it and Hitler's way. How did that turn out for Jews, Slavs, and other Undesireables. Just imagine what would have happened if we followed their/your stance.

...or with the anti-war Americans who wanted us to stay out of Rwanda. They/You won that debate and Clinton let 800,000 Black people die.

...or most recently, with the anti-war folks/you who wanted Bush to stay out of the Sudan. They/you won that debate and more African lives were destroyed when we could have done something.

You got some nerve!

11. Geeze. I'm still constantly amazed at the implied lack of bias......
...many fail to see in the U.S. media (such as it is), all the while steadily pointing fingers at other's faults. Many act as if the US and/or other Western media aren't biased themselves. Which anyone taking the time to discover should know is not true. Having seen these kind of mindless broadsides against the new kids on the block - RT and Al-Jazeera - before, I can't help but also notice that whenever I see it, no one ever seems to offer any links to alternative news viewpoints or news sources such as on this story or others, where we could watch them in order to counter this Russian bias. Of course it's biased, they're Russians! Just like our reports on the Russians are biased. Duh! So if anyone can think of a "reputable" US or Western country's news sources out there who aren't as biased as hell in their own right, please post it. I'd be interested to see who they can come up with.

From the majority of the reporting that I'm seeing however, RT and others like Al-Jazeera seem to be about the only ones who are out there in the thick of it anymore, with their reporters being kidnapped and risking life and limb reporting right in the middle of riots. Oh, and all these RT and Al-Jazeera reporters are bi-lingual too. Isn't that nice? Which by contrast (with a few exceptions) most American reporters rarely seem to have complete command of their own native tongue.

Meanwhile US news agencies are "in-bedded" with the military to advance the company line. At least when they're not shuttering their news divisions and offices and laying off reporters all over the world. And so now all Americans have to rely upon for "news" is the canned-crappola passed-off as reporting coming from aggregators who seem hardly able spell and apparently also have trouble running the spell-checker on their word-processing programs half the time as well. So for U.S. citizens it seems to be either that, or we're offered a steady stream of killers/murderers of various and sundry types, or maybe its a new flu or some other diseases that we need to fear now -- or we can choke to death on puff pieces all designed to keep us either unsettled or distracted. Preferably both. As long as we're not thinking.

One would think that in the absence of any legitimate/real news media out here in our country anymore, that people would be more grateful that at least someone is out there in the world to try and tell us the truth -- like about what's going on with the worldwide revolution that is now underway.

Meanwhile our press is worried about penis pictures.

So I believe that whatever others may think of RT, I think that what they report is better than the BIG FAT NOTHING that is coming from the so-called U.S. media (Fukushima ring any bells? It's still going-on you know. So is Nebraska but they aren't talking about that one either. At least not the national teevee news guys. So no, no bells can be heard ringing here, not if you're relying on the US national media. They have too many conflicts of interests to report the truth, you see?). And which if they were actually trying to report "the news" -- if recent history serves as any kind of guide (and this applies to more than just Faux Snooze), it would be chocked-full of their own kind of bullshit and lies in any event (e.g. - Iraq War Cheerleaders anyone?).

But what can anyone expect anymore?, that's all the kind of "reporting" the U.S. media is allowed to do now. That's what happens when big business corporations buy up news stations. They start "massaging the news" (i.e. - lying worse than they have done ever before now that they have a license to do so and because according to a Federal judge they can lie to us like hell and can still call it news). And so watching the western news today has become little more than like watching a conveyor belt go by of Bought-And-Paid-For Talking Heads, Police State Scare-mongering/Cheer-leading "Reports" -- and let's not forget the famous and compelling Tweeted Dick Pics -- and/or related drunk-sex scandals.

And as I've mentioned before, Hillary likes RT, Al-Jazeera and the new English-language Chinese news agency...... or at least she's smart enough to respect them. Because she knows that no matter how biased they might be, they're effective. She also realizes that these new upstart news stations are doing what our own media used to do and she knows that the U.S. media is a pitiful shriveled-up husk of its former self by comparison, and has little or nothing to counter it. In fact she berates the U.S. media as being facile and ridiculous:

“During the Cold War we did a great job in getting America’s message out. After the Berlin Wall fell we said, ‘Okay, fine, enough of that, we are done,’ and unfortunately we are paying a big price for it,” she said....We are in an information war and we are losing that war. Al Jazeera is winning, the Chinese have opened a global multi-language television network, the Russians have opened up an English-language network. I’ve seen it in a few countries, and it is quite instructive,” http://rt.com/news/information-war-media-us/">she stated.

"Our private media cannot fill that gap. In fact, our private media, particularly in terms of cultural programming, often works at counter-purposes to what we are as Americans and what our values are."
- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L6sYB5d1Bu4">Secretary of State Hillary Clinton

Or we can just continue to point fingers at RT and Al-Jazeera and say how terrible and biased that they are. However, as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A._J._Liebling">A.J. Liebling once said: "Freedom of the press is guaranteed only to those who own one."
