Dr. West's focus isn't solely on african americans--it's on the poor, which happen to make up a large segment of the african american population. What people like this ass never factor in are the poor of their own race who are in the same economic straits as african americans. People are people and the poor among us need advocates who are sensitive to their economic plight.
