1. Those involved will be brought up on charges. Lucky Cheney will be dead far sooner though.
I feel that the Fox rampup is for good reason. When Obama did a police type arrest, that tactic got its mojo back. Everything goes wanton death and destruction has been shown as the monster it is. Those supposed necessary tactics clearly in retrospect, if not spect are for the moral equivalent of a throwdown gun. Start the war, then posthumously find justification.

2. I saw Wilkerson on the Ed Show for that interview. As the radio host said at the end
of the clip, Wilkerson said that in their lifetimes, Bush & Co. would only be able to visit Israel & Saudi Arabia without fear of being arrested.

Here's a short clip of that: http://www.juancole.com/2011/05/wilkerson-wants-to-waterboard-rumsfeld.html

3. If waterboarding isn't torture, why did Bush & his ilk first deny
they were doing it when they apparently should have proudly announced before and during that time?

Based on what I've heard so far, I'd bet you could change the mind of anyone in the world on waterboarding in under 15 seconds. Go ahead, Rummy, let's have you televised being waterboarding to show how it's not torture.
