9. Moderate Christians aren't espousing what their view of "Christian Love" is

Is it really moral to actively work for a health care program that enriches health care corporations? Is it moral to shut down Planned Parenthood when that is one of the only affordable healthcare venues for many young women? I rarely see Christians challenged on the morality of their policies by other Christians or even other people of faith. It would be nice if there would be a response by a Christian leader to this video with a more moderate approach, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

11. I've had really thoughtful, and good discussions with Tea Party supporters when I ask if something

is truly "Christian". Is balancing the budget on the backs of the poorest and weakest among us truly a Christian thing to do? Is it truly Christian to make senior citizens try to purchase health insurance on the open market when a) they're out of the job market, and not covered under employer benefits, b) they need more health care than someone younger, and c) the corporate health care firms know this, and know that older people have more money because they've had more time to accumulate wealth -- wealth that the ins. companies hope they'll use to pay for services.

Someone who truly takes their faith seriously views *everything* via his or her faith. It's not unreasonable to ask how one's political stances are Christian or moral. I know I'm preaching to the choir, but this has been bothering me.
