OMG How meny crops will be covered in radioactive fall out from this??? Will by family ever be able to drink the water again? What a horible Accident. Think of all the people that will have to be evacuated never to return to their homes for fear of cancer and birth defects from this horible nightmare.

everything is back to normal, and the power output will resume.

The big costs of wind turbines are in site selection, approval, tower construction... NOT in the turbine generator itself, which costs about as much as a big SUV car, and can be better engineered to prevent future fires from lightning, or over-heating of internal lubricants. In other words, after the fire is out, and the unit generator is re-built, it will be safer and even more efficient.
