I like former Wisconsin Attorney General Peg Lautenschlager. I think she got a kick out of talking with big Ed.

2. Ugh....let's be realistic.

The Gov. of Wisconsin is a joker, a prick, and basically a typical dickwad Republican. But he did not commit a single crime. It was tiring listening to Ed, talk about trying too hard, because Ed had no case although he was searching for one damned hard. Until the words are followed by action---Walker is in the clear. Until we can accept that we have to just advocate for people to vote him out of office next term. But does he have any crimes to pay---not a one. We need to move beyond this, or we'll turn into the birthers.

3. Felony: Abuse of power, color of law, to deprive a right.

That is a rather clear felony, employing the color of law to infringe on the rights of anyone, let alone State Senators.

Time will tell if this has traction. The problem is not so much if Walker acted improperly, rather who will act properly to put a stop to the egregious abuses of political power by the new teabagger governors. If no one does, we will all suffer the police state mentality they govern with for a long time, especially if they succeed in emasculating political opposition with their politics is war tactics.
