2. I would hardly characterize the tone of the ironworker's speech as 'heckling'
He spoke directly to the questioner without yelling, namecalling or threatening, so WTF in that speech can be called 'heckling?' I realize that is how the person who posted it to YouTube titled it, but it'll take a VERY convincing argument for me to call it 'heckling.'
