All evidence seems to confirm that this was buyers' remorse and/or a woman scorned, especially on the part of the woman who once wrote an essay on how to use Swedish rape laws to get revenge on a man.

This wouldn't fly anywhere in a sane world not driven by politics.

And since when can an extradition be requested or made when no charges have been filed?
