But if he had a collective clue, he'd realize that he needs jobs for re-election because people are going to be voting on results in 2012 like they did in 2010.

Instead he brings out a budget freeze... right out of the fucking Herbert Hoover playbook. Maybe that's what his middle initial stands for.

And of course, the strategy of doing what Republicans want so they'll give you credit doesn't work again, like the last 100 fucking times it was attempted, because they come out and say a budget freeze doesn't go far enough. Gee, who could have predicted?
