2. It isn't just one Senator anymore.

There are a whole raft of them...and a whole raft of Republicans...from the repugnant Newt Gingrich to Darryl Issa to John McCain to Sarah Palin to Jim DeMint and Michelle Bachmann...and beyond. McCarthyism has come back into fashion and it will be interesting to see what fallout comes of it.
