Yes it IS normal for one president to help another. What's wrong with that? Because a person asks for help, means that he's weak?

18. No, it's NOT normal for the sitting President to run off
and leave the former President to finish a press conference. This has NEVER happened before, people. It's like the little brother asking the big brother to do his chore because he's late for a date. It would be unprofessional in the business world, it's devastating in politics.

21. No it is not normal to have a sitting POTUS
leaving a former POTUS with the press as he needs to go to a party,

You can pom pom this all you want and spin it all you want, but the message it sends is damn clear... and unlike you, there are people here and ABROAD who sat up and paid attention. The message is NOT one that ANY President should send.

I recommend you read this, because we have one

And it is not nice. Thankfully you guys are a real loud minority.

2. At this point I think
I would rather see Bill Clinton be president. He did a horrible thing with NAFTA and a couple other issues, but Clinton has a hell of lot more fight in him then Obama will ever have.

10. Hillary would have more fight than Obama
this guy has lied to us,he has fooled us into thinking he was a real Democrat when in fact he is the best Republican the GOP could ever nominate.
I certainly hope we have a real progressive come forward and challenge Obama..It will take two years to raise the funding to compete with the free spending corporate mafia.
I would happy if Hillary challenged Obama..and announced her plans today.

24. DLC or not ..she would not have been a Republican lite like Obama has
turned out to be.With Bill Clinton as President, whether you think he was A DLC member or not, those years were very high income producing years for me..When GW was appointed everything went to hell..Obama is nothing more than a Bush 3rd term and I voted for him..
Anyway with Hillary we could have gotten a Bill Clinton as an adviser and we would not be posting threads like this complaining about the Republicrat in the White House now.

5. That was one of the damndest things I've ever seen
So this tax cut thing is a huge deal. Fate of the nation at stake. Potential catastrophe if this tax deal isn't passed. One of the most important things I'll ever deal with as President.

Now excuse me while I "take off" and let Bill here take the questions, and go meet Michelle for a Christmas party (on December 10th.)

8. I
I for a second thought Bill Clinton was back at being President and it made me feel good. Look how cool, calm, and comfortable the Big Dog looks up there. This was Obama's Christmas present to Bill. I bet Bill wishes he had more time to spend up there talking and frankly, after what I've seen from Obama lately, I wish Clinton would do this more.

14. Daddy! Daddy! Those democratic representatives are picking on me! Help Daddy Bill!
One reason I like the democratic party is because we are the party of tolerance. We are not supposed to be CRUEL like the repukes are. We are supposed to be intelligent and look at issues with reasoning, and not "ATTACK OUR OWN". NOBODY is free from mistakes. NOBODY. I TRULY believe Obama had the interest of the middle class as his priority. He just gave away a little too much. That's what Bernie Sanders is saying. Bernie's NOT trying to destroy the whole deal. Did you listen to what Bill Clinton was telling you? He could see this economy is under attack, and the progressives are leading the attack against Obama, instead of looking at this rationally.I never thought I would see or hear the vicious remarks coming from the left. "BEAM ME UP SCOTTY"!

even though it is Onion worthy. When life becomes weirder than the Onion you know we are in the twilight zone.

Although it was delightful to picture winger brains exploding on seeing Clinton behind that particular podium again. . .

15. Now that's bipartismship
So it seems, Clinton, Obama, GW, and Ronnie Raygun, all agree the money needs to go to the top 1%.

17. This was absolutely pathetic.
Obama has only demonstrated that he is too weak to lead and has to call on Clinton to quell the rebellion. In one stroke he has destroyed any credibility that he ever had as a leader. A strong leader doesn't call on a retired politician like Slick Willy to prop him up. Pathetic.

22. Obama employs Clinton to counter Bernie Sanders's speech, now how interesting
is that...Obama fighting back against his own. That is something he appears ready and able to take on.
