From a NBC special from 1968 ... this segment features the effects of crime on a group of children.

FYI: One of the brothers in the Harlem segment contacted me a week ago wanting to see this (the older one - George - had died and the surviving one saw this just once - when it aired - so it was a nice little present for him.

Great footage of Harlem and Upper East Side.
