my wife asked me to bring this to the attention of DU. She has friends in the LGBT (sorry if I got that wrong) community and she has been seeing these videos on you tube speaking to those young people who are getting bullied and feeling helpless. One of my wife's friends ended his life recently because (well, the gentleman as my wife would explained was a late bloomer -as was she-- she lead a sheltered life at home and was introduce to a lot A LOT of things during college. One friend she met at college finally came out to his family 18 months ago... (he had just turned 35 and was tired of hiding his feelings and who he was.) His family basically started to bully him.) Anyways these videos --she has seen one by Tim Gunn of Project Runway speaking to the younger individuals and well she wanted to make these videos known to those on DU who might be of the community and the Trevor project.
