DID HE SAY TO THE OFFICER "COP YOU ARE LATE" or "COPULATE".... tough to speak clearly when you are sitting on the pot in a public airport bathroom, with your hand stretched UNDER the wall of a stall.... in order to pick up a piece of paper?
