1. Are the R's getting so worried that they have to dust off old Run away Ronnie and try
to run him this election too? Jesus maybe things are as bad as the media says it is for the D's this year, when they have to use Reagan clips from 64 to get voters to vote for R's you know things are bad for them.

3. too bad the electorate is so uninformed that they don't realize
that Reagan GREW the size of the government.

He's no where near the "small government" guy his legacy makes him out to be.

4. Reagan used 'his' government power to grant huge tax breaks
and tax shelters to the obscene rich. Just listning to his remarks in this video, one realizes his faith lay in corporate power and the wealthy aristocracy to do what is best for this nation.
Nothing new there. This has always been the GOP doctrine.

6. it's telling that they're using 1964 Reagan
back when Reagan was giving speeches for Goldwater, railing against Medicare, against the 1964 Civil Rights Act, and against the 1965 Voting Rights Act, with rhetoric that sounds exactly like Tea Party rhetoric.

7. Egad! Zombie Reagan Still Wants to Eat Our Brains!!!!!!
Seriously, this reminds me a lot of the themes in the BBC documentary: The Trap by Adam Curtis. In post-Thatcher Britain, like post-Reagan America, the language of 'freedom' has been used to justify a growing inequality as well as an erosion of civil rights.

By the way, the video link is just part 1a of The Trap; for the rest, go to revelrevel's YouTube channel.
