1. Why doesn't this dude just drag the EPA dude or walk over himself, start digging in the sand...

...and show us and the EPA dude the tarballs or tar layer? That would make this convincing. The guy is saying there's two feet of sand which does not belong there covering up tarballs.

I can scoop through two feet of sand pretty damned quick, just with my hands.

I think I saw this guy before showing a sand/oil/sand layer. Why not just keep showing that?

2. Shouldn't the BPA guy be concerned about this?

Perhaps that is the point of the video, but you would think that the normal guy on the street would see 2 feet of new sand and think, no problem.... out of site....out of mind. But shouldn't the BPA guys be concerned. After all, isn't this what they do?
