:nuke: MORAN = MORON = Mike Lee = Republican Party

Crooks & Liars:

" So I see this video of Utah GOP Senate candidate Mike Lee telling the Salt Lake Tribune that he basically believes the taxpayers should be on the hook for cleaning up the BP oil spill. What can you say to this weird but consistently Republican attitude that the free market means never having to pay when you've f&%#ed up? Think Progress has the whole exchange.

Another flipping bailout. And then it hit me. You know who the ultimate Welfare Queens are? They're not those fictional mamas living high on the hog and driving Cadillacs as Ronnie Raygun insisted and Sharron Angle sneers at.

The true Welfare Queens are the Republican Party.

2. The democrats have to come out hard and loud
Use all these stupid remarks by republicans against them even in all the states. Let the public know that if you vote republican you are putting your future on the line and you may never get it back.

5. Your comment is completely logical and reasonable. Yet, I
predict that in reality we will find that you were wrong. Regretfully!

4. The Republicans are saying more and more statements that clearly
show that they have no regard for the average American. They are only interested in obeying their
Corporate Masters. And yet the rank and file Republicans show now signs of turning on their leaders. How can that be true?

6. Look at BP's record

  • BP failed to comply with Coast Guard and MMS "plan approval" rules.
  • BP materially mislead the Coast Guard and MMS on "Plan approval"
  • BP exceeded the metes and bounds of what they submitted to the Coast Guard and MMS for "plan approval."
  • BP materially mislead the Coast Guard on emergency response needed.
  • BP has had a string of pipeline blow outs in Alaska.

I think BP should pay -- and their management could do with some incarceration.
