John Huppenthal, AZ State Senator from the 20th District, Republican, was in favor of eliminating 11 million in funding for career training (also losing state matching funds). In this interview with a student journalist who asks him pointed and researched questions about his shabby record on education he comes off as unprepared, arrogant, and everything except rude as he tries to answer as though he were a friend of education when in fact he's quite the opposite thing.

In the end of the video he APPEARS to walk about of the interview, but whether or not that's where the interview actually ended is unclear. Nevertheless, this is maybe one interview Sen Huppentha shouldn't have given.

The subtlety in this joke? He's hoping to win the job of Arizona State Schools chief.
