1. Lessig hasn't convinced me at all.
He likes Kagan as a person and wants to say nice things about her, but sounds like he is mostly talking about his hopes, not the reality.

Lessig knows what he's talking about, and is very clear.

I feel sorry for those that cannot grasp these Constitutional concepts, and have been told not to like Kagan.

5. i have listened to 5, 6 different people about this woman and all are liberal and all feel good
about this woman and they all know her.

npr and other sources besides this one.

seems like we did the same thing with the last appointee
