Josh Stieber, who is a former soldier of the so-called Collateral Murder Company, says that the acts of brutality caught on film and recently released via Wikileaks are not isolated instances, but were commonplace during his tour of duty.

1. Way, way back in the spring of 2006, British soldiers in Iraq

Were polled as to what they considered was the most terrifying aspect of their duty there.

They thought that having to go through American checkpoints on the various highways and roads was the most dangerous factor in their lives. Not the suicide bombers, not the IED's - but the Americans at the checkpoints.


And they were our allies! It really makes you realize how insane our policies of shooting at anything that moved were.
