They've made a video called "Goodbye Obama" that shows how to use Google to prepare an assassination of President Obama.

a moronic parody, not funny in the least (there have been some hilarious ones done by other people) but i don't think it's an actual threat. Or, i suppose it could be, but it seems like it's just a joke in very poor taste

Here's the exact quote: "This is obviously not real and will never be able to or would want to to that."

I'm not a lawyer but I doubt that incoherent statement would stand up as a defense in court for posting a video that is a "how to" guide to assassinate President Obama. This amounts to "inciting, setting on foot and assisting", in my opinion.
