Remember though, they say that the confederate flag is about "heritage, not hate". So you must be mis-hearing what is said 11 seconds in. After all, it's about heritage, not hate, right?

(Not that I know he yelled it as he was off-camera at 0:11, but he's a likely suspect. This is the type of crowd out there anyhow. The black representatives and Frank said they had this type of thing yelled at them multiple times anyhow.)

I believe the man holds his hands up to his mouth and shouts, "You fucking nigger."

It's quite low and below the chanting and static sounds, so I could just be hearing things.
