5. I thought he overstepped his bounds when he spoke for any church

on social justice. If he is not a church leader, he shouldn't make statements about church doctrine. It is one of the reasons I haven't told anyone off about joking about catholic priests and the sexual abuse tragedy (of leadership and of protection)

He'd be perfectly ok if he told people he didn't believe Jesus cared about social justice. He'd be wrong but he'd have more legs.
