This is great! I just saw this episode of Bill Moyers and it blew me away! Ted Olsen arguing passionately for the constitutionality of gay marriage! The arguments are unassailable and it almost makes you like the guy! :evilgrin:

Thanks for putting this up. I haven't had time to see it all but maybe tomorrow.

At some point during this show, Olsen lays out how Scalia has already conceded the case but I was too tired to really get the argument.

2. Thanks! I ran across this by accident and decided to see what it was about...

It took me a minute to realize that they were arguing on the same side, LOL. It totally pulled me in because Olsen's arguments, especially, were so passionate and persuasive, probably because they were so unexpected! And I missed the end, too, because I was busy posting this... I thought it was so good that I had to share... :D :hi:
