1. He may be a nerd, but he's right on the money with his analysis of Sphincter.
Sestak would be a far better Senator than Sphincter, but Rahm will not have that.

2. He could have added the SCOTUS 5-4 ruling on campaign finance to the list
of decisions that Specter enabled.

Wow, this guys speaks for me! And he is right on. Just look what we got from that Bush v Gore ruling, essentially it ruined the country.

And now, this most recent decision on campaign finance, another horrible 5 to 4 decision, will change the very fabric of this nation, push us over the edge to third world status. Well, for "working people", anyway.
