While I don't agree with the supreme court decision, he does make some good points.

1. IMO, it subjugates speech on the ability to fund more.
Thus, the multi corporate entities have a disproportionate advantage in being granted personhood and the right to have their interests heard and subjugates others to that power relationship in society now by law.
