6. I'd just like to point out

I didn't vote for Bob Dole or Howard Baker. I voted for a democrat. I expected him to preside like a democrat, not like Bob Dole or Howard Baker. So when folks want to know why progressives are bothered by this bill, it's because it is what Dole or Baker would have brought us, not what a democrat would have campaigned upon. i.e. where the heck is the public option? Oh, yeah, Dole didn't propose one.
