3. They could use a tech expert on this in addition to the legal expert

"Found" can mean a lot of things. Where were they found? Can we expect complete recovery of all emails in that time period? How do we know that the reason they took so long to be discovered isn't because they've been going over them and cleaning out anything incriminating for years now?

4. No need to clean any emails really.

I think that it is pretty clear that no matter how incriminating they might be, nothing will be done.
