Reagan was the 1st PR president. A cardboard cut-out to put up so people wouldn't look at who really was in charge. Clinton delayed and almost ruined the GOP plan. But Dick Cheney got it back on track, just barely. The Supreme Court had to get involved and the crappy world Dubya's fake presidency created was easy to set against the relatively good times we had with Clinton as a foil (maybe he DID ruin it). Bush and Cheney's hubris (desperation?) were so bad they've exposed it to those who will see. And the complete outrageous nuttiness the GOP had to use to discredit Clinton has stuck around to the point that the entire GOP is completely outrageous and they are stuck with the nuts now.

Reagan signed the largest tax increase in our nations history in an attempt to fix the problems his tax cuts caused.

4. Reagan was a huge fraud, people that pushed him to some kind...

of sainthood are finally realizing they'd been duped. He did more to set the stage, (as well as damage the country) that set up the bush carnage.

He was an oaf, but somehow, the "Party of Lincoln, became the "Party of Reagan"...just how incredibly stupid is that!

Regan ran up the debt, enlarged the government and left a legacy of deceit and treason. These are not traits I'd call "impressive", he tried to set up the presidency as some minor form of royalty, and he came dangerously close to destroying the nation. bush, came closer to killing off the nation, but fortunately, he came shy of his goal.

Reagan was a disaster for this nation...he deserves to be vilified not "praised...:grr:

6. One of the things that really bothers me about the RW is that they

tear apart Hollywood "elites" at every turn, then find one of those "elites" and gets him to run for Governor of CA and then PotUS...how much hypocrisy must they shovel before they burst into flames?

To top it off, they chose a seriously dim bulb, how many others were upstaged by a chimp? As for Reagan's "military service", he worked for the Signal Corps as an Army Captain, made few bad war movies and a lot of shorts about VD...I actually saw a few of them before they went out of circulation, pretty funny stuff, "Men, don't let your penis look like this...(pan to shot of seriously syphilitic penis)".

Reagan was a fraud, always was a fraud and history will se him as a fraud. All he did was read scripts, I don't even think he knew what he was reading half the time...and he had nothing to do with the Berlin Wall coming down or the collapse of the USSR...that's more hype


In case you haven't noticed, I despised Reagan...almost as much as I despise bush...:D
