Not all this "obama does everything right" crap.
We are not getting a shot at real healthcare Reform BECAUSE of Obama.

They dont want it.

They cannot get lobby dollars from single payer.

I cannot in good conscience note for obama next term if he continues to sell us out and not fight for us.

He promised change.

He can keep the change so far.

This issue will be addressed again, sometime. Maybe soon, maybe in 2016. It will be better if it starts w/ a number of Representatives on the record in favor. If we manage to convince others, it would be hard for the ones already on the record as for it to then back out. Don't understand what you see as a down side. We expect it to fail the first time around. That doesn't mean that the % of the public supporting it will decrease. That will only get larger as problems w/ healthcare run by corporations increases.
