3. Problems with this toxic turd...
When it is favorable to big insurance or banking... its federal preemption with no opt out.
When unfavorable, the battleground shifts to state by state. The first thing on the
ballot is an opt out called "saving grandma". Thereafter any attempts at ballot opt in are met
with great opposition (paid for with your money!).

The bill includes "level playing field" provisions where the cost and benefits are
determined by the insurance companies, and the "public option" is run by private insturance.

In short... it not the CHANGE we can believe in, it MORE OF THE &^%#$% SAME!

4. NBC Nightly News is saying the Public Option with until 2014 to Opt Out...
I don't totally understand.. but I'm sure my State would opt out right away.. of course they will. So what good is this Public Option?

Very confusing..

6. Ladies and gentleman, we have been screwed.
I live in alabama.
Here in alabama, Blue cross owns the industry and has 90% of alabama citizens health insurance.
And we are a totally RED state.
So I am certain that our republican leaders will opt-out of the public option and there goes competition in Alabama.
Blue-cross will continue to own 90% of the insurance market, But now EVERYONE WILL BE MANDATED TO BUY FROM THEM.

We will be worse off than before.

I hope this bill fails now.
I was hoping for healthcare reform, but it looks like the insurance companies win again, and the citizens lose again.

What a great country.
If it is not going to change now, then it never will.
