A preportedly 'fair & balanced' news program - Fox News Sunday - continues to show its network bias in one-sided reporting by including a clip from the Untouchables talking about gangster tactics and how that represents the White House against Fox. If this doesn't 100% reinforce what the White House has said that Fox News is not only NOT news, but it is an arm of the Republican Party, nothing else does.

I guess Chris Wallace forgot what the news looks like. And Perino talks about WH conduct as 'unbecoming' ? She should watch the show she is on.

whatever they want just not with the President. If all the media want to go along with this Pres. Obama should just go fine. He shouldn't give in to tantrums, if they want to do news they will interview the President.

whatever they want just not with the President. If all the media want to go along with this Pres. Obama should just go fine. He shouldn't give in to tantrums, if they want to do news they surely will interview the President. The chennel has put the President's life blatantly and intentionally at risk with its inflamatory rhetoric, who would want to co-operate with that. Creating news is not reporting news. Any fair minded people around the world would look at the channel in horror than agreement. The thing is if anyone on Faux were in the President's shoes right now they wouldn't only of taken his position but shut the station down, they should be pleased they are allowed to broadcast.

Evidently, Fox even fabricated their claim that the White House had excluded them from an interview.

5. haha!! Perino pretends the rest of the world believes Faux News is legit- they know better.
the only people that don't know fox is a propaganda arm for the republicans and corporate interests are the domestic dittoheads and wingnuts. The comparison to Chavez is ridiculous. then the "you could be next" nazi narrative BS. All this in the context of Perino admitting recently that they shut out MSNBC and its common knowledge the Bush White House used press access as a weapon to keep journalists from asking hard questions about the Iraq war and controversial policies..

BS meter off the scale here from Perino and widdle Wallace.

6. My question
I don't watch broadcast or cable TV, so I don't understand what the deal is. If only 25% or more of the population supports the republican party, and that Fox is clearly GOPnews, then why are their ratings so high?

15. Obama's war on Faux? How about Busch's REAL war on Al Jazeera?
Edited on Mon Oct-26-09 04:23 AM by Turborama
They want to talk about a "war" on news network?

Hearing this shit makes me sick to the stomach when the Busch White House actually went to war on Al Jazeera, bombed 2 of their offices and killed one of their reporters in the process. All because Al Jazeera were reporting the Iraq war from the front line and not in the stage managed way they had so carefully constructed with 'embedded' reporters.
