2. Can we have a citizen's lawsuit to barr Faux from calling itself a NEWS organization?

Let's tally up the factual errors and slanted coverage during NEWS coverage ONLY and if it's over the percentage that happens in all other media outlets combined - right wing talk radio excluded - let's sue to have them removed from the NEWS category and to pay huge fines for misleading the public that go into social security or something worthy to balance off their hatred and simply putrid stink on America.

If all the citizens who can see the Emperor Faux has NO NEWS Coverage, got together and said, "ENOUGH is e-f***ingNOUGH! IF it's lies and slanted information without any REAL balance - it AIN'T NEWS."

Pull their FCC license for violating truth in advertising laws. If you call it a NEWS broadcast, it must be factual. Period."

Have you watched MSNBC? It's entire afternoon and evening lineup is COMMENTARY that does nothing but bash Republicans and for 8 years trash-talked Bush and his administration. Can you TRY to be consistent or at the least, PRETEND to be fair?

Imagine if MSNBC hired Obama's cousin to call the 08 election if it came down to a state that was nowhere near being called. And then imagine the Supreme Court putting Obama into power rather than the voters. Seriously, stop and think about the reaction from Fox, right wing radio and everywhere else.

MSNBC has THREE HOURS of former Republican Congressman Joe Scarborough on every day. By contrast Fox let go of their one and only "liberal" (co)host, Alan Colmes to give Sean Hannity another show. Who has Fox hired recently? Glenn Beck, Karl Rove, Laura Ingraham, Mike Huckabee...a who's who of conservatives/right wingers. Outside of MSNBC's primetime lineup, where is the comparison?

PS---Is MSNBC's slogan "fair and balanced"? Also, did MSNBC hosts incite violence (see Beck/Hannity) against Bush when he was president?

9. It's ludicrous they should get nervous, when did the rest of media make associations between Obama..

and Hitler? Or go setting about creating news or organizing protests. I would love to see them talk about whining if they were in Pres. Obama's shoes facing more security alerts than the last President who was the most disliked globally in history. They wouldn't whine they'd scream and howl to the moon.
