A Senate amendment that would make changes to the 2010 Census forms would discourage minorities, immigrants from filling out the form. Minority lawmakers and Majority Leader Hoyer oppose changing the 2010 Census to include citizenship questions.

1. Republicans are idiots

Representation in Congress is based on head count.

Any effort to reduce head count in your own district is political suicide.

If Minnesota loses representation, Michelle Bachmann's seat could disappear altogether...
