4. Al Grayson questioned Bernanke about the fact that the Fed transferred

so much money to foreign national banks without congressional authorization. (It isn't required by law, but Grayson was hinting that it should be.) That is at ZeroHedge.com, I believe. I'm so happy to hear Ratigan asking these questions.

We can make capitalism work for the whole country if we keep and enforce laws that put the brakes on crooks and scoundrels -- and limit just a bit how much specific individuals can grab -- through tax policy, not dollar prohibitions or limits.
