Yeah I know it's kind of old news. But, I like watching him on the senate floor. He's a very strong speaker and very well prepared.

1. I want him cloned!
As always, Sen. Franken is thoroughly prepared, researched, and documented, completely fearless and completely unassailable.

Btw, for those that don't know the amendment passed 68-30

ALL Democrats voted YES, except for Sen. Byrd and Sen. Specter who DID NOT VOTE.
ALL Female Senators (both parties) voted YES.

The 10 Republicans that did the right thing and voted YES were:

AK Murkowski, Lisa
FL LeMieux, George
IN Lugar, Richard
IA Grassley, Charles
ME Collins, Susan
ME Snowe, Olympia
OH Voinovich, George

And here's a video clip ad of the 30 BAD Senators that voted NO: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xd8gVRMio_E

3. Thank you for the additional links.
Franken is incredible. He made mincemeat of the KBR guy, who looked like he wanted to disappear.

4. Thanks. Fascinating -- and I wonder
who the guy in the audience is, visible to the left of Ms Jones. Looks military and he moves around a lot and seems to be reacting to the questioning and testimony. Weird, like he has a dog in this fight...

5. Reminds me of George C. Scott's character in "Dr. Strangelove"

and the guy to the right of de Bernardo looks like a Monty Python cartoon by Terry Gilliam.

6. Turns out he"s her attorney... he has a dog in this fight, indeed!
Forget his name at the moment but just saw him w/ Ms. Jones on The Rachel Maddow Show.
