Lawrence starts by playing Liz Cheney's suggestion that a dead soldier's family member should be sent to pick up President Obama's Nobel prize and then blasts the Cheney family with a short history lesson about how Norway bravely stopped Germany from being able to build the atomic bomb and notes that no Cheney has ever served in the military.

He and Steve Clemons go on to discuss how Bush/Cheney's American exceptionalism evolved and how President Obama is reinventing America's leverage in the world.
