2. Yes, Texas did....and the people who did it are proud of it, despite the evidence
They killed this guy BECAUSE HE LISTENS TO IRON MAIDEN and because the fire chief of their shitty little hick-berg hamlet doesn't understand how a hot room's floor can catch fire.

This whole case pisses me off....all of those involved should be tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail, including governor Goodhair.

3. Texas has executed more innocent people than you can count!

I'm sure this man wasn't the only innocent person to die under Perry's watch.

9. I don't believe that this was the first time.....
a governor has presided over the execution of an innocent man.

I still hope that Perry fries in his reeleciton campaign and has a limited political future.

K&R for letting us all know about this so that we can keep a Perry watch on the Texas race. :hi:

11. This is one reason why
the death penalty should be outlawed in this country EVERYWHERE. State sponsored murder! That is all it is! - BAN CAPITAL PUNISHMENT NOW!

12. Can Perry by charged with first degree murder?
His attempt to stop the reviews of the science would at least be obstruction of justice. But, further, for a sociopath, the attempt would be to be a killer and kill.

Irony would be to give him the death penalty.

13. I wonder if there are enough people in Texas with the brains and the
conscience to care about this enough to get Perry ousted from office, charged with obstruction of justice, and tried and convicted.

Somehow I doubt that very much.

14. Of course they did...what else is new?
This is why the state should NOT be allowed to murder the citizens for ANY reason.
Who is going to give him back his life? This is terrible.
