I wouldn't be surprised if that happened, considering it was CNN and that nutbag Dobbs.

11. My first thought. too. But the engineer was probably matching the dB meters...
Hatch was speaking in a calmed voice and the mic was higher in the mix as a result.

2. There goes my blood pressure.
The reTHUGs just make shit up as they go along, don't they? Hatch is just another bought-&-paid-for, goddamn liar.

Thank you, Bernie, for having the debating skills and the facts and the guts and the control to take him on. I'd blow it by blowing a gasket, because their lies infuriate me that much. It's hard for me to even watch these segments.

9. Repubs like Hatch would love to dismantle every government
program that has been put forth for the benefit of the general public. Guys like him are wedded to the idea that unabashed, unregulated capitalism will be for the good of all. It is obvious that the disparity between rich and poor and the slow demise of the middle class has been caused by politicians such as Hatch who put their faith in and support the Holy Corporate Buck. Bastards!

4. Bernie did just fine. Didn't lose his cool. Got all the points in.
Gave Orrin plenty of time. I think he handled this very well. I like that guy a lot.

6. Bernie Sanders is one sharp tack! He didn't let Hatch get away with any of
the GOP LIES. I bet Dobbs is kicking himself for not getting someone else for his buddy Orrin to debate with.

HAHAHAHA!

5. Senator Orrin Hatch never heard of a guy name Ronald Reagan
To solve the "Medicare" problem the Reagan Administration gathered the current 1980's cost per procedure of all HMO's. Then proceeded with the least expensive cost per procedure from this HMO's study to what Medicare would pay. There was no study whether or not these expenses/payments were viable. Medicare was cut to the bone and more. Over time many of these HMO's went out of business. Thus, it is easy to understand why many doctors do not take Medicare patients.

8. Republicans have ALWAYS blamed bureaucrats for the ills
and problems that arise in public programs such as Medicare, public works etc, while it is the private sector loving Republican politicians who screw everything up by meddling and trying to dismantle these programs for the benefit of corportions.
Hatch is just using the old time worn excuse, 'blame the bureaucats'. Been hearing this for years from the good ole' hide-bound Republicans. Bastards!
