2. I guess I don't often think about friendships

between politicians, but some of these Senators have spent years with Ted Kennedy - Biden, Dodd, Kerry - and I'm sure its a very deep loss.

(I am at work so I cannot watch), but the ststement that Dodd sent to his email list ends with "I will miss him every day I serve, and every day I live. " Simply put. moving, and probably quite close to the truth.
