Player A throws the first slash/elbow/punch at player B right when the ref is not looking, and when player B retaliates, he gets hit with a penalty!

All I'm trying to say is that the bastard in the blue shirt seemed to sneak over to the woman with the sign very quietly. The senator, cops, and most people in the audience probably didn't even notice. The first thing that caught their collective eyes would have been when the woman jumped up (rightfully so) and ran over to get her sign back. So it probably looked like this woman was attacking him for no apparent reason.

Given that perspective, the cops did the right thing to detain them both, and I wouldn't be so quick to fault them. If the man was arrested (as is mentioned in a few threads here), then the correct outcome was eventually reached. It's just too bad that the woman had to be removed from the scene. But unfortunately for her, things like this take time to sort out, and that's what being the victim of circumstance is all about.

I might be wrong, but I would swear the idea is to escalate attacks on black people until either "the nigras revolt", or the Prez is "forced" to detain someone right-wing and white, thus gaining them the holy grail of their putsch: "See? It would explain the arrest of Gates and the removal of this innocent woman from a public forum she is Constitutionally allowed to attend. Both attacks are First Amendment violations, you notice. The black woman is meant to feel humiliated by this action, and the MSM will now step in and ratchet up personal smears against her and invasions of her privacy, until "the nigras revolt".

I think we will all see First Amendment attacks, mainly spearheaded by white male police officers (most of whom are right-wing) as their muscle, against people of color, liberals, intellectuals (the professor), and artists (the imprisoned rapper), until they get A Response. Whether blacks flinch, or the President flinches, the whole idea is to continue cattle prodding black America until there is a flinch. The RW response to the flinch will be authoritarianism, and "taking back 'our' country".

One quick note, however: we should avoid being too quick to assume that liberals would never stoop to something as low, racist and dastardly as what you see in this video. A few months ago, I was set up and accused of a vicious pack of lies by several people who voted for the same President I did - Obama - and when I went to attorneys, I was blackmailed into silence by the main instigator by her tacit trump card statement: "I'll just tell them you threatened me."

The instigator is a white female and identifies herself as a "former hippie and liberal". She definitely voted for O. I was there and we voted together. Her best friend's husband, the white attorney defending her, got drunk on election night and said, when I opined that now little black girls would play in the Rose Garden, "I guess we can call the White House 'the Black House' then. Ha ha ha."

This kind of shaming and gang stalking distortion against black females happens all the time in America. Our side as well as the RW is capable of it, and I'd like to take this occasion to unveil it so all of you can see it. The woman who did it clearly feels secure in her white privilege and seems pretty smug that since I am a black woman, OF COURSE I must have threatened her and she is not lying. I never threaten anyone.

All I did was invoice the woman for several thousand dollars she owes me for freelance work she never paid for. Back on topic though, what happened in this video may look shameful to you guys, but black women in America go through it all. the. time.

It's quite saddening that people immediately pull the race card whenever a dispute between two people of different race have a conflict, as if race is the only reason why they would fight. Critical thinking is good for your health.

The video fails to tell you that signs were prohibited from the town hall meeting. Apparently she and a couple friends broke the rules and snuck them in. Sen McCaskill made a mention of this when she was on the podium as well (you catch a little bit at the beginning of the video).

Should she have brought the poster? No.
Should the man have ripped up her poster? No.
Is it apparent that the man even knew what the poster said? No.
Is it apparent that the man ripped it up out of racist intent? No.
Were certain details intentionally left out/inserted to make it seem like the man and the crowd were racist? Probably.

More than likely the crowd cheered because they were annoyed that the woman snuck in the signs and displayed them, when they themselves followed the rules. I don't think it had anything to do with her race or the content of her posters. Do you people honestly think an entire gymnasium of people would cheer and applaud out of racist intent, at a town hall of a Democratic senator?

It was a rule of the Jefferson Community College where the town hall was held, that no signs were allowed. Personally I don't care if signs are brought or not.

You don't know if James Winfrey even knew what was on the poster, or if he even cared what was on it before ripping it up. To say that he was racist for doing so is jumping the gun in my opinion. Wait for more info to come out.

Obviously none of us knows for certain but I would be willing to bet that had the person with the poster been a white male, this guy would have either summoned security or done nothing.
