1. I've seen that a number of times.

The message is good, and there are, no doubt, civilians who could learn from it.

The problem is that there would still be crooked cops out there causing trouble. What we need is to enforce greater discipline among police officers, as well as work on normalizing relations between them and the public, to try and break down the cynicism that both sides have.
