I wanted to post this in the Lounge and my ignorance won't allow it. So, if you can ignore the TWO grammatical errors in the title, enjoy it, it is tremendous.
To make it political, for GD, let's just imagine the people in the streets of Iran starting to do this.

2. One of my favorite songs!!!!!!!!!!!!
Edited on Fri Jun-19-09 11:20 AM by RandomThoughts
I love that song, one of my favorites, one of the absolute best.

I never post it because of some misinterpretations with rain, but I love it.

The wild dogs cry out in the night longing for some solitary company, but I know I must do whats right, Sure as kilimanjaro rises like olympus above the serengeti.

LOOK AT THAT VERSE, that is one of the most beautiful lines in song, I love that so much, I actually think about that often when in conversation as an answer to things.

One of my absolute favorites!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(The snapping fingers sounded like the aliens from the movie signs, so didn't like that part...)

4. Great Lyrics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hear the drums echoing tonight
But she hears only whispers of some quiet conversation
Shes coming in 12:30 flight

The moonlit wings reflect the stars that guide me towards salvation
I stopped an old man along the way
Hoping to find some long forgotten words or ancient melodies
He turned to me as if to say, hurry boy, its waiting there for you

Its gonna take a lot to drag me away from you
Theres nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I bless the rains down in africa
Gonna take some time to do the things we never had

The wild dogs cry out in the night
As they grow restless longing for some solitary company
I know that I must do whats right
Sure as kilimanjaro rises like olympus above the serengeti
I seek to cure whats deep inside, frightened of this thing that Ive become

Its gonna take a lot to drag me away from you
There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I bless the rains down in africa
Gonna take some time to do the things we never had

Hurry boy she's waiting there for you
Its gonna take a lot to drag me away from you
Theres nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I bless the rains down in africa
I bless the rains down in africa
I bless the rains
I bless the rains down in africa
I bless the rains
I bless the rains down in africa
Gonna take some time to do the things we never had

Just realize this song is about the health care reform in the senate.

And I think your title is very appropriate also.

Amazing indeed.

It is awesome how things just seem to happen, truly amazing.

Also Brilliant back to you.
For example, Did you notice even your name is phonetically close to mirror.

But it is the name of a star
MIRA (Omicron Ceti). Mira, its very name telling us that we should take strong notice, Mira "the amazing one," the word coming from the same root as "miracle,"
http://www.astro.illinois.edu/~jkaler/sow/mira.html

Don't worry if it seems like alot of coincidences, stuff just happens like that, stay humble and beautiful, and thanks again for the post.

And you know what:
I looked at your profile, and it seems your sensitive and caring post to me was your 2000th post.

12. Thanks. I'm busy right now
running the June contest in the photo forum, in a little while I'll stop the polling.
Another place where the word "mira" is appropriate.
Go "look".

14. No, not the lounge. Here it is:
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topics&forum=280

I found it after Obama was elected and I was not so busy any more railing against Bush, now I all but live there :)

You go to Lobby:
DU Groups,
Personal Interests
Photo Forum

Now go down on the page of that link, find the June Contest, and you might be the last one to get to vote. I'll lock it in a few minutes.
